At RouXbarb, we use only premium ingredients from family sustained farms, local or regional sources when available, and with all meats, seafood and poultry being hormone, antibiotic, and steroid free whenever possible.


Strips of smoked duck breast topped with a tomato jam & fresh rosemary.

 

Pimiento Cheese Beignets: Homemade Pimiento Cheese wrapped in savory french pastries & served over rhubarb pepper chutney.
 
A Special: Pan seared jumbo sea scallops served over fried corn and finished with a wilted fennel salad.  
Natural Fried Free Range Chicken: a 1/2 chicken, brine cured served over seasoned mash potatoes (and served with a wild mushroom gravy).
