Bruce Bogartz is a 1989 graduate from the Philadelphia Culinary School. Since then, he has put his passion for creating delicious food to work whether he is preparing a dinner for friends or a banquet for a 1000. Jay Chia is a 20 year Knoxville resident with a background in Asian cuisine. Jay is the sous chef that supports Bruce in his creative process. Together, they make a "good-balancing act."
