Biography

Bruce Bogartz graduated from the Philadelphia Culinary School in 1989.  He worked as an Executive Chef for Warner Brothers in Aspen, CO and his creations have received critical acclaim from Southern Living Magazine, Garden & Gun Magazine, the James Beard Foundation, AAA, the Knoxville News Sentinel, Metro Pulse, "Knoxville" magazine, and KnoxvilleBusiness.com.

Bruce opened Rouxbarb in February 2008.  He continues to put his passion for creating delicious food to work, whether he is preparing a dinner for friends or a banquet for a thousand.
  All dishes are homemade, down to the soups, stocks, and desserts.
